1940s hawaiian dress

1940s hawaiian dress

A 1940s handmade Hawaiian dress in the best print and color we’ve ever seen. How to describe the blue? A mix of azure, cornflower and royal. Maybe closest to the color of the sky on the clearest day. This blue is printed on fine-weave cotton that is crisp but still drapey. Front zipper for a pick-your-own plunge situation. A voluminous skirt. Side waist ties in the back. How will these puffed sleeves feel on your shoulders?
